Rovia is fully compliant with the industry standards for business SMS messaging, including 10DLC (10-digit long code) regulations and HIPAA privacy protocols.

“No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.”

SMS messages will only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in, and users may opt-out at any time.
